The guest list & menu—that’s where Christmas actually starts. This weekend: locking down who’s coming and what we’re cooking. Neighbours, mostly. First proper Norfolk Christmas. Can’t plan the menu until you know who’s at the table. Once you know that, you can ask the questions that matter: What can’t you eat? What do you love? What makes this special for you? Then you build together. Not my vision imposed on everyone—a proper conversation. I’ll handle the main and dress the table. Someone’s bringing pudding. Someone else sorts drinks and nibbles. Everyone owns a piece. No one drowns.
